my wife and I like the chair, but it makes a squealing noise when used on the extend mode. Something is not right with the foot base

I was hoping for more intensity with the Riage x3. I tried a brook stone chair that had a lot more intensity than the chair I received.

Had I been able to try the chair first I think I would have chosen a different one

I had to call twice regarding the status of my order and prompt the individual answering the phone to give me a status update and then, a second, time regarding delivery. When you spend this much money, I believe they should have been more efficient regarding status and shipping info. I shouldn't have had to call and inquire about it.

The chair came in several sections that I had to assemble myself, which turned out to be rather difficult. One bolt simply didn't fit, though it was not really necessary to hold the chair together. So far, the chair works well, though I'm not sure I got that good a deal at $4200. I see other similar chairs advertized for a good bit less. But then I have no way to really evaluate whether they would have been as good as this one. Also, I was a bit disappointed to see that the chair was made in China and the English in the manual was clearly not written by a native speaker.

I have used better, it's not a relaxing experience and not a cushy comfortable chair should've been better for the price

The infinity deluxe massage chair exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of massage in all aspects. However, the delivery was supposed to occur in 2 weeks; it arrived in 4 weeks. The dispatcher was friendly and apologetic when the chair was not delivered on the day specified, but I never did get an explanation/call for the failure to deliver. However, the chair did arrive promptly the following day. The chair was put together via the white glove agreement. However, a complex checklist was given to me before I tested the chair. The right arm does not pressurize. The delivers were on their way before I could tell them that the right arm does not pressurize. It is an amazing chair. An instructional video is needed to understand how to regulate it.
