The mason genie is user friendly and working right out of the box. Everything it claims it does is 100% true! I've never used anything like the mason genie but bought one because we have so much waste when our fruits/veggies go bad in refrigerator within 2-3 days. I've currently used the mason genie for strawberries (8 days and strawberries are still nice a fresh and delicious), blueberries, fresh spinach (usually bad in refrigerator by day 2 or 3 and it's 7 days still crips and fresh no rotten spinach), sunflower seeds, sugar, flour, chocolate chips, trailmix, and today, 6/12/26, I just used mason genie for coffee, tea and spices like ginger, cloves, etc. This tool is a staple now in my kitchen and I absolutely LOVE IT! I highly recommend this product with no hesitation. I actually purchased another one and gave it to my sister who absolutely LOVES it and so do her kids - they love to use it for their items as well (candy - M&Ms, swedish fish, dove chocolates, etc.). If you're thinking about this fun little tool - STOP and just purchase it as you will not be sorry! It's GREAT! I'm so happy I took the chance on this gem!

Once I figured out what I was doing wrong (it helps to read ALL of the instructions), it's been great! I wish I had known about this product a long time ago. I could have saved a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables! It took a little longer to arrive than I thought it would, but that wasn't a big deal. A piece of chalk would have been cool as I don't usually have it lying around. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

I am very happy and surprised to actually have a company that gets back to you when you have questions! I contacted the customer service when I could not see any movement for two days. I figured it was operator error on my side. I felt great to hear everything was on its way. Then I questioned whether regular ball lids could be used and received videos to answer my question. They have been Wonderful!

The Mason Genie is helping me cut down on SO much wasted food. With the vacuum seal, my fruits and vegetables last so much longer. My dry goods (pasta, rice, flour, sugar and brown sugar) are now staying fresh as well. It's so nice to open the brown sugar and not have it all hardened from sitting out in the open.

Love my Mason Genie! It really changed how I store food at home. Super easy to use and my food stays fresh way longer. I use it all the time for pantry items, fresh produce, snacks, basically everything! 👍❤️

I Love my Mason Genie. My grand daughter Loves oranges, I peel them and use my Mason Genie to keep them fresh and they last for weeks and keeps my coffee beans fresh as well! I highly recommend this product 🥰

Transaction was easy, and I love the product. It does what it says it does. I've been putting it through a lot of work over the last week, and it's just so easy to use. I like that I don't have to hold it down the entire time it's sealing.

My Mason Genie stopped charging after six months. Marie at Customer Service walked me through the steps to ensure there wasn't a quick fix. When it was determined to be a defected part, Marie had a new one shipped to me immediately!! Quick and pleasant customer service. Thank you Marie. PS: I would have rated a 5 star if the device had not stopped working
