absolutely incompetent. they are unable to address questions or provide any information and the hold times are ridiculous.

I renewed my health insurance , everything was fine I have insurance but now because of a glitch in your system it’s not open , I called and was told yes I have insurance but waiting for an external to open it . I had to cancel my therapy appointment because of “no insurance “ and I have been sick for a week can’t go to a dr . This is ridiculous!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. I think all of their CSRs are AI. Utterly useless.

I called the Maryland Health Connection because I was having trouble logging on to the site. I spoke with a woman named Fant. Fant explained and enrolled me in the program. Fant explained the entire process to me in a very detailed and deliberate manner, which allowed me to completely understand the information. Fant is excellent at her job and was a positive person in a my time of uncertainty. Thank you Fant and keep up the excellent work!!!!!!!

If I could put zero I would!! The representatives and their processes are horrible they will not do what they can to help you they absolutely are careless in all of their ways! Worst experience I've ever had with an exchange.

We enrolled my daughter 2 weeks ago, picked our plan, provided billing information but then never heard anything or received any kind of instructions since. On Friday we tried to contact for help but the site was down for maintenance. Tried to contact on Saturday, but all contacts were closed until Monday. We had much difficulty trying to get into the account and there was no further contact with us after the initial acceptance and picking the plan we want. This whole site makes no sense, it's inaccessible and so is any help

I found out Maryland Health Connection had cancelled my health insurance a month ago but I was not notified by insurance co. until a month later. For reasons unknown, My policy was cancelled a month ago and Maryland Health Connection issued a new policy. I made the payment a month ago and Care First sent the check back for reasons unknown. The amount I sent a month ago was identical to the amount owed under the new policy they just issued. Why they issued is unknown but this caused me to be without insurance for a month. Luckily, I did not need to use the insurance. This action was negligent and against the law. I guess I will need to check every week to make sure no shenanigans have occurred and no one has cancelled my health insurance. Good grief!

Been on hold for an hour to try and get to someone who can help reactivate an account/reset a password. The online chat is useless. It just sends you back to the call center where we're now on a lifelong hold.
