Really bad experience. Flights cancelled and no help at all from Martigo. Now I`m being pushed around between all airways companies. Will never use Martigo again. Not because of the cancellation, but the level of customer service when cancellation became a fact.

Really helpful and managed to assist me when I had an urgent request

I had a very frustrating experience with MartiGo regarding a refund that should have been straightforward. After contacting LATAM Airlines directly, they confirmed that my full refund had already been properly requested and registered in their system. They were extremely helpful and transparent throughout the process. However, they also made it clear that, since the booking was made through MartiGo, the agency is responsible for completing the refund. Despite this clear confirmation, MartiGo has failed to take the necessary steps to process the refund. There seems to be a complete lack of coordination between their team and LATAM, and instead of resolving the issue internally, I was left to manage the situation myself. This is unacceptable and to make matters worse, even after providing all the required documentation and proof from LATAM, MartiGo continues to delay the process without a clear explanation or resolution. At this point, I have had to involve my credit card provider and initiate a chargeback request. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. While LATAM handled the situation professionally and with care, MartiGo has shown a lack of responsibility, poor communication, and an inability to resolve a simple issue. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through this platform.

I would book directly with the airline in future. The martini policies were strict and it cost nearly the price of the original tickets to make changes to our flights.. Andy the agent helping us was nice and helped us deal with a difficult situation but the choices were not great.

Excellent responsive service. Was in need to book flights urgently due to a family emergency. And I have to change the return flights. Very satisfied customer here.
