Terrible experience booking through this site. Dealt with their customer service and they are greedy and immoral when I was trying to get a refund within 24hours they wouldn’t do it unless I paid a fee. Will never book through them again. Stay away. Terrible service, terrible booking process.

My flight got cancelled but the agents involved from MartiGo were very responsive and eager to help out. My issue has been solved on papers within 3-4 days and now I am hopeful I get my money back asap, which I am sure MartiGo will ensure. Thanks for the nice experience overall.

Booking on this site has always been smooth with competitive fares shown transparently. but what I liked particularly is the handling of rescheduling of flights and inconvenience caused to the flyer due to this. Martigo informed me in time about the frequent rescheduling by the Airline and gave suitable options for alternative flights. Thanks.
