I wanted to return a tri-pod that they said would hold my camera. That was a joke since the tripod is .6 oz and my camera is 3 pounds and not designed to fit in a balanced position on this tripod. I tried the service number and email and THEY SAID THEY ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE so I just had to leave a message to email me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Too challenging to deal with if not satisfied!!!!!

Almost 2 months since my order was shipped. I have called and emailed and.nothing. The BBB says the PO Box has been Refused since 2015. This company is a slow trickle scam the old cables electronics are so outdated no one is on to the scam. WE NEED INVESTIGATORS TO LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY. DISPUTING MY 11.98 CREDIT CARD CHARGE !!!!!!!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a Nikon battery charger in early March. Received a confirmation on 3/10 that the charger has been shipped. I have not received it and several attempts to contact MartGreat to no avail. I can honestly give them 10 stars for the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Purchased a shutter release for my camera. After the 5-16 day shipping window had passed I sent an email asking what was wrong. They assured me that it wasn't lost in the mail and that I should contact them in another 15 days if it doesn't arrive. Well a month has gone by and upon asking them for a refund they told me they are willing to send out another cable but cannot refund me my payment as "This is a rare situation applying to around 0.05% of our packages".0 I asked again and received their standard message. I don't believe I will receive this product on time either... Update: 15 days later....again....and still nothing. No reply from their customer support.

TERRIBLE!!!!! No customer service, although there is a phone number and e-mail address, they just don't care to respond. Nowhere in the ordering process was it mentioned that their "warehouse" is in China. I've been waiting over a month for a cable I ordered. I'm disputing the payment with my credit card because Martgreat couldn't be worse. This is about the Yahoo Store Martgreat. Should be NOTgreat.

Bad, dishonest sellers. Site did not give me any responds.
