If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible customer service, phone numbers and emails not responded to. Sent totally different product than I ordered which was useless. Bait and switch!

They sent me a cheaper charger than advertised. It came from China. Their email and phone number isn't any good. Don't order from them.

Found this website advertising a Samsung tablet a stand charger holder dock whatever you want to call it the picture shows looks like a tablet and a holder which looks to be four five inches wide and in reality it's just a stand for a Samsung phone not a tablet the tablet Falls over when I put the tablet in the holder it tips over my complaint is the receipt I received says it's for Samsung tablet a and clearly it is not contacted company they responded back after about a week wanted me to send them pictures so they can contact the supplier I sent them the pictures I sent her a copy receipt and they come back and says yeah I can return it with a return order number and I have to send it to China and under no circumstance will they pay for the shipping that I paid for or the shipping they want me to pay to send it back to him if this isn't satisfactory then I can have it as a credit in their crappy company none of this is exaggerated it's all the truth and I think companies like this should be investigated by the authorities to stop their trade in the US it's not the fact of the $17 that I paid it's the principal of companies like this taking advantage of us and not giving us any recourse

A year ago I ordered a comm cable for my old Olympus Camedia C-3030ZOOM to download pics to my computer(s). USB and little connector to the camera are fine. Cable didn't work. I didn't ask for a refund. A couple weeks ago, I tried again. Same game. I emailed them, then I called them. 206-973-7907. Got a female voice (recorded) which says: "The person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable." I want a refund! I'll be happy to return BOTH cables. Sheeesh.

The company’s return policy is a complicated mess where products have a time limit on returns of only ten days and their Rma number debacle is just another way to make it difficult to return any product. So ,there’s much more than this but with no direct customer service it’s not worth doing business with a company that intentionally through fine print policy’s is nothing but highway robbery

Ordered items but then read so many bad reviews. Wasn't happy that items were coming from China. Order received quickly. Items appear to be very high quality and I am very happy with this company. Will be ordering again soon!

I ordered a keyboard cover for my dell laptop that’s without a number pad which is exactly the same as the picture shown in the item description but the item sent was with number pad.when asked for refund explained their policy and no refund.they didn’t want to sent the right item.they show it as available even if they don’t have and never change it and never accept their failure.
