Scam company. Ordered a charging cable for a phone. The wires literally pulled out of one end of the cord in less than 8 hours after it came out of the package. The only resolution is to pay more money to have them ship me a replacement (not getting this cheap crap again), or have them refund some of my money, because they keep the original shipping fee. So you have to pay shipping twice to get a refund. This company should be investigated and shut down.

Terrible! They sent the wrong cable and only would offer store credit to fix the error. They stopped responding to my emails. Beware!

I bought an SD card adapter for Mini SD cards from here and the item didn't do anything when inserted into a card-reading USB on my computer. Detected nothing. Absolute trash. I should've trusted my gut feeling when I first saw the 90s-looking website this place has. What's more, items all appear to ship directly from China despite your sender info showing as from within the U.S. For any returns, you have to eat the shipping cost or accept store credit. I had some email communication with Martgreat, but they've just completely stopped responding out of the blue after I noted that the return info they were giving me was inconsistent with what was on the original label from my order. And don't bother trying to call their customer service number -- it isn't even properly set up. I suggest going to a Best Buy to get your stuff (beware: Amazon has a lot sellers with high ratings selling similar stuff that does not work/is faulty.) Avoid Martgreat!

I ordered a cable to connect my camera (Kodak V1oo3 easyshare) to my computer which does not work. USB end of cable is ok to fit the computer but the end that is supposed to fit the camera does not fit. I have tried to contact by email the company but unsuccessful.

I just got my item from martgreat. And I thought I got robbed. SMH 🙏

I wish I didn't even add a star. I got robbed by them. I ordered a charger for my camera. Got a recipe of order....but the next day it was canceled...but they never returned my money and in top of all that...they have a fake number for customer service. God don't like ugly

The item I received from this company was used and did not even work.

Poor experience. Advertising a hard case to fit a Garmin Overlander. Doesn’t fit at all, didn’t want to refund my money. Told me to pick something else off their site and they would apply my refund. I told them to send me a case that fits with the proper dimensions. Never received a response!
