A great shopping experience. I ordered a Simple Human 45L stainless steel trash can. The price was the best I found anywhere, almost half the price of Lowe's. Shipping was quick, I had it in less than a week. If I need other items I will check here 1st.

Great experience start to finish! Quick delivery, and thorough customer engagement to ensure package arrived safely and to the right address. This was all proactive on behalf of the company, I’ve ever experienced this level of proactive care on dogfood!

Great prices and quick delivery. They even followed up shortly after my delivery to make sure my order arrived as expected. Great customer service.

Product delivered was as described and delivered promptly. No issues of any kind.

This was my first time ordering from MartExplore and my experience was fantastic. I placed my order on April 14 and received it by April 21 (exactly 1 week after placing the order). MartExplore customer service even reached out to me to confirm I received the order on time and was satisfied with my product. I ordered a lovely Britax stroller at an excellent price (more than 70% off the original price). I’ve ordered from other discount digital marketplaces before but none of their customer service teams ever reached out directly to ensure I was happy with the quality of their service and product and I really appreciate that they did. I will definitely be purchasing again.

What a waste of time like others on here, I saw and item and thought great and ordered it, within 48 hours they canceled my item and didn’t tell me only that I went to look at order status did I see this item had been canceled and not just that they said the below Due to unexpectedly high demand, the item went out of stock before your order could be fulfilled. To avoid keeping you waiting indefinitely, we had to cancel your order. No charge was taken — your bank will release the hold within 5–10 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. I clicked on the item, not only it is still showing in stock but the price has gone up from $62.98 to $88.98. So increased by $26. So this was lies and I was happy to wait if they gave me an option as can’t be that long to come in if it is still advertised.

The fan was exactly as advertised and it arrived quickly.

I first came across MartExplore through a ChatGPT search and was a bit skeptical since I had never heard of them before. Despite that, I went ahead and ordered a paint spray gun. When i reached out because i didnt see an update on the shipment they notified me that “We tried to process your order, but our supplier found a mismatch between actual stock and their system records”. At first I was upset, but I received a refund instantly—no hassle. That level of responsiveness really put me at ease. Because of that experience, I pushed back my project and reordered the device. The pricing is extremely competitive, and more importantly, I felt reassured knowing I wouldn’t have any issues getting a refund if needed. I recommended the site to my husband for his projects. Overall, a good experience only caveat is that if you are relying on something that is 100% in stock and on a time crunch it might be a hit or miss— but i still thank them for the quick responses and prompt action!
