Hear me out please. I am building a home arcade and I found a machine $150 cheaper than anywhere else through this site. I was skeptical and then I also found tons of reviews saying that orders were canceled etc. I reached out and they assured me all is well. I received my machine in perfect condition in less than a week. I’m telling you I’m a real person and not paid or coerced into this review. Just trust me. I have put all my family and friends onto this site and no issues to date. I’m not sure what might have occurred in the past but I had a great experience. I will be ordering again.

My Experience with Morocenter.com – A Warning to Other Buyers I would like to share my experience to help other consumers avoid the disappointment and frustration that I experienced when purchasing from Morocenter.com. In May 2026, I ordered two patriotic polo shirts advertised as special "250th Anniversary of American Independence (1776–2026)" commemorative shirts. The advertisements showed high-quality products made from comfortable fabric with attractive patriotic designs. The reality was very different. When the shirts arrived, the quality was far below what was advertised. The material felt extremely cheap and synthetic, the printing quality was poor, and the products did not match the appearance and quality presented in the advertisements. I contacted customer service and requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, the company began a long series of negotiations. First, they offered a 10% refund and suggested that I keep the shirts, give them away, or sell them locally. Later, they offered 35%. Then they offered 50%. Only after repeated complaints, photographs, documentation, and the possibility of filing a bank dispute did they finally agree to a 60% refund. Throughout the process, the company repeatedly cited expensive international return shipping costs and discouraged returning the merchandise. What concerns me most is that my experience appears to be similar to many other complaints that can be found online, including reports of: • Products significantly different from advertisements • Poor product quality • Difficult refund procedures • Pressure to accept partial refunds • Lack of clear return information • Customer service that responds slowly and avoids providing direct solutions I also discovered that identical products are being advertised on multiple websites under different company names, making it difficult for consumers to know who they are actually purchasing from. My advice to potential buyers: Research the company carefully before purchasing. Pay with a credit card or payment method that offers buyer protection. Save screenshots of advertisements and product descriptions. Keep all emails and correspondence. Take photographs immediately upon receiving the product. Do not hesitate to file a dispute with your bank if the merchandise is not as advertised. When my trashcan was delivered, it was left on the front porch with no box. Given the fact that it was stainless steel, it was damaged. I cannot say enough positive things about MartExplore’s handling this situation. Their customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness was top-notch.
