I am beginning to think that marriott is going in the toilet. They allow groups like Peachtree group to use there name. But when u have issue at a property that is own by an outside entity marriott is a waste of time contacting because all they do is notify the property and tell you that u will receive a call in 3 to 5 business day. Which they are just pretty much washing there hands of anything. Because if you call then back you get no help. The Peachtree group property in Oakhurst N. J. has the potential to be amazing but because of staffs relaxed attitude. It is abysmal. Dirty room. Wet towels upon check tv didn't work and woke up to a bug in the bed. Which there answer was we are near the woods there are gonna be bugs! NICE. Hilton here we come!

Marriott's rewards program is no longer worth being loyal to the brand. They have turned the program into a joke. Stay at the best hotel you can for the money. You can join the program just in case Marriott ends up being the hotel you choose. Do not plan on any real value from the points program. It is obvious they want to get rid of it...

Confusing cash + points interface and terms, customer service seems more concerned with policies then customer loyalty.

Marriott rewards has gone down hill to become the worst reward program on the planet. I have been I lifetime titanium member for over 15 years and each year they come up with new ways not to reward you! Recently spent close to 10,000 for a group function, not only did they refuse to give me points, they did even honor my status at the hotel. When I contacted rewards to notify them, they refused to give any compensation. I also booked rooms at different hotels for my team and they , refuse to compensate for that. I recommend finding better value hotels such as I did in Korea on other platforms for much less and get your own rewards or join another rewards such as Hilton and share the value to maximize the benefits you deserve

Where to start. I want to log in, it askes for may phone and other stuf. Aparently my phone is already used so I must have made an account. when pressing lost password I end up in an endless loupe where I am send to the register page again. This is hopelesly none professional.

Jammer wij hadden dit hotel geboekt om onbezorgd op vakantie te kunnen gaan. Lunchen doen ze niet en diner moet je ook maar op het vliegveld gaan doen. Dan had ik beter een goedkoop hotelletje kunnen boeken . Ook geen koelkastje of kluisje of kas t op de kamers. Jammer maar dat doe ik niet meer.

The “client bonus program” is getting worse and worse every year. The value of the points is in the meantime almost zero, bookings rules to collect points are designed in a way to suck out the money of the customers. E.g. booking two rooms for a longer period is close to impossible, as the second booking for the identical time is increased by factor 5. Booking two rooms with different dates or any other deviation leads to a disqualification to get points. Spending 1200€ for three nights while spending 1600 on the other room for four nights brings you therefore only the points of the longer stay. Greediness per perfection. Customer services tries to make one happy with a “one time exception of 500 points” to keep the customer happy. This is insulting and so far off from anything a loyal member of more then 9 years with platinum plus would expect and should receive. Thank you for nothing Bonvoy.

I am riveted by the complete lack of customer care or service by their ‘supervisors.’ Was on hold for nearly 2 hours. Finally got a supervisor named Tatianna on the line and was cut off three words in. One hour more of the phone loop hold, I finally spoke with a supervisor named Brad who was well prepared with scripted responses, none of which were to provide solid service or customer loyalty after years as a member. He simply made zero attempt to resolve the concern and offered no simple solution. I then contacted the hotel directly and fortunately the manager professionally resolved the issue in 3 minutes. Never again would I use nor recommend Bonvoy. Burn your membership.
