When you have periods of spending many nights with them (5 years in a row) reaching gold membership, they are kind, but when having a slower travel scheme and silver again they get rude and nasty. Even booking as a member becomes more expensive them picking up deals on line. Bye bye bonvoy, hope you will do fine but I am out!

I have made a reservation and paid a pretty penny. Most of the lights in the room don’t work. Power strip doesn't work. There is nowhere to plug in my laptop except for in the wall across. All the table lamps are out of order, none work. Bedside light doesn’t work. So I had to keep the door to the bathroom open for some light. Front desk doesn’t care and doesn’t respond. Parking lot is not plowed. I left early and am not looking back. Stay away from this joint. You clearly don't get what you paid for. Nothing but a one-star hotel with inflated prices.

Marriot Bonvoy is NOT recommended. Points expire in attempt to require scheduling more frequently than may be possible or needed. Points value is ridiculously small. No value in this service. Cancelling today. Expedia or some other service will provide more options with better service.

Rewards Account was hacked and a reservation using my points was made in another state. I immediately called customer service to alert them. They did nothing. Allowed the checkin and 2 day stay and then actually sent me countless emails to review the stay! Now I’m waiting for a 3 month investigation to remunerate my points. Contacted customer service a number of times. They are truly worthless!

Life-long member of Marriott Bonvoy, reserved a room at Delta Philadelphia Airport Hotel December 20, 2023. Not told of any parking options despite others having as many as three to choose from. Charged us $425 to park and closed the complaint without taking any action!

It's the worst rewards program out there. DO NOT fall for the Marriott Bonvoy Visa Offer in their app or website. It's a scam. The customer service representatives lack any knowledge of the program or ongoing promotions.

Hi I'm a Marriott member since the last 15 years. Their customer service was 7 star before this Bonvoy CS team came into the picture. Ever since this Bonvoy team came, their brand image has taken a severe beating. Customer service has nosedived into negative rating. Customers have to literally beg for service, even then the moron bonvoy team won't do their job. It's a pathetic state of affairs. This is continuously happening from day one of the Bonvoy team's existence. In India it is even worse situation with Bonvoy. Not sure why Marriott has compromised on quality and allowing this mediocrity that is hurting it's own brand image globally?!!!
