I'd give no stars. No replies on messenger. Email and people just don't listen to what you actually say. Remove racist comments on your FB advert uploads. It is not FB responsibility and you know think in my email I'm actually saying you run a social media site! Give me the email address of a person who actually listens to what I write.

I made a reservation for my wife 3 months in advance. I modified the reservation to remove one of two nights in the app and my reservation was completely changed from two queen beds to one king bed, which isn't suitable. Now the hotel is saying that there are no rooms available with two queen beds. Ver dis-appointed. No return business from me. As of 7/12/24, I still have not had a response so they could explain their gaffe.

Just terrible customer service. Uncaring people. Customers are obviously not important. Got no help with a problem with reservation and ended up losing $200 in the deal. No one cared. Leaving Marriott after many, many years and will never stay with them again.

Terrible customer service since changing from starwood to Marriot Bonvoy. Points are worthless since they block out the rooms so you can’t use your points forcing you to pay for room nights despite having points to use. Further booking is impossible and if you book with the site then you find out your reservation was cancelled bc the site didn’t know which rooms were points rooms. The value of the points is nil so you need hundreds of thousands of points to stay in a decent property. The properties they have are not upkept anymore. Pools not working, pools not heated, no one to fix the non Working AC, and no room service when they say they have room service. All of this occurred multiple times and repeatedly they can’t find me in their system but been a customer for decades and then they tell you they have to fix the acct and never all back. Also you will speak to someone outside the USA making the language barrier great.

Usually good hotel but worst web site ever! Each and every time I am trying to book a room, I have to re-start 10 times... Failure is occurring each time. You need to hire some good engineer to fix it!

awful…look to fight you not help you

We've just stayed at the sheraton hotel sharm el sheikh. It's the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. It's 10% open. Pool areas are empty and closed off. The food is terrible and cold. The snack bar serves soggy crisps and little cold burgers. The beach bars are closed and alot of the hotel is run down. We had to check out after 3 nights of a 9 night stay with no help from the staff

Consistently inane customer service representatives. Representatives have no enthusiasm to help; it's apparent in their dismissive tones.
