AC Marriott Barcelona Forum, Its a wonderful hotel with good location in Barcelona. It was my First time in Barcelona, so I really need help to see Barcelona. The staff in Front Office were very kind and service minded. Specially Wafa receptionist did a great service and she has been very helpful and polite also when we checked out. Special thanks to the Front Office Manager that he had employed such serviceminded staff. It was nice experience to stay in AC Marriott Barcelona Forum.

The Stradom Hotel in Krakow is wonderfully located, has very friendly staff, a great spa area, beautiful rooms and is a stunning design.

After a myriad of bad experiences with some of the customer service representatives dropping the calls after asking to change to change a reservation. Jeypsi heard us out and after an ordeal of searching for a hotel nearest to our location booked one for us. This was fantastic service on his end and we cannot commend him enough for his aptitude in these circumstances, I’d be remiss not to include that I mistakenly dropped the call unknowingly prior to the call rating which is reason as to why I am making this review. If any superiors are reading, Jeypsi was exceptional. Our rewards number is 981184211.

Very pleasant reception, nice smiling personnel, very welcoming. Explained about car parking and transport to Heathrow. Very nice room/suite, 2 double beds and an office, really getting spoilt before our holiday starts.

Just attended a business meeting in the foyer of Marriott Leicester and received exemplary service from Inga. We hold this monthly meeting in the foyer because Inga has always looked after us with a smile and with care. We will return because of her.
