To say the Marriott Biscayne Bay has had a multi million $ refurbishment it’s questionable. We had a Bay View room on 17th floor and found out no Wi-Fi, reception expected myself as a guest had to try ke shoot. I had to ask for a possible room change which the hotel were none too pleased about. In the process I lost cell phone charging cables. The whole thing for reception seemed too much trouble. We were offered no apologies. Wouid we ever stay at the hotel again, not a chance in hell. What a great start to a vacation from the UK It is time the staff were trained in customer service

I checked in the room and the room was too dirty and the WIFI was not working. The washroom was also not clean. The food they provide also was not good. Overall experience was very disappointing.

Everything was going pretty well until I had to deal with the night desk clerk.. With the red hair or pink who was so aggressive just for asking about extra towels.. She smelled like smoke we thought she was high but it's legal now
