Please save yourself the hassle and your money and not order from this place bc if you have a problem With your order for instant if it doesn’t fit or you know longer need it bc it came late. You have to return it to China which is costing you way more than the purchase price. Also poor quality. I wanted to return the boots I purchased but it was costing me way too much to send them back to China so all I got back was 15% which is less than $10 and I paid $65. You should add on your website that all returns go back to China and there’s not a warehouse in the USA. Very unhappy and will never purchase anything from this place again!!!

This is a shell for a Chinese-owned company hiding behind an American-sounding name and fictitious U.S. postal address that is not even on Google Maps. Because it is a Chinese company that ships its merchandise from China: * Delivery will take a month or more, and the customer cannot cancel the order even if the item will not arrive for weeks and by the time needed; * The product quality is substandard; and * If you need to return the item, you are expected to pay for shipping it to China -- even if you are returning it because it was delivered too late and is of poor quality -- which makes returns impossible for all practical purposes. It is deplorable that this company has chosen to mask and misrepresent its ownership with a U.S. name and address.

So I received my item after 28 days in transit. This company used the old "bait and switch" on me. The item for sale versus the item I received were nothing alike. I thought I ordered a pair of black leather boots but instead received a pair of black vinyl molded boots. I immediately contacted the seller and advised them if the issue. They offered several options, none of which were a full refund. If I chose to return the item, I would have to ship it back to China on my dime. Unfortunately I cannot attach pictures of the sale item that was advertised and the item I received. This is one of the most shady business online. Stay away.

DONT BUY FROMT HIS COMPANY !!! Their product is TRASH.. they don’t even tell you that comes from China and when you try to send back the disgusting item they sent to you .. they want to pay for sending the delivery back with is 75USD BEWARE DO NOT BUY

I purchased a pair of Men's closed toe buckle strap fisherman sandals for $70.95 received them but the size was not 6.5 but larger contacted Stacey Quinn so I could return them and to get my full refund but was told that is was my responsibility to return them at my own expense or if I kept them for maximum 30% discount but I told her and sent pictures of length of the sandals which were much larger than a 6.5 size even according to the website size guide I told her why should I pay the return that would cost me $70 with tracking all the way to China. Those sandals don't have any markings on them as to the size only a little round sticker with 39 printed on it. This is absolutely absurd to tell the customer they are responsible for the return expense even when they messed up in sending the wrong size sandals. They are refusing to refund my 79.95 I would definitely not buy from them again. A company like this one makes me distrust other companies that are not dishonest as this one. I would definitely give them a negative star rating. 4-18-26 the response I received is the same nonsense of information and pictures I have already submitted. They are not accepting the responsibility of sending the wrong size sandals and still pushing the responsibility on me and thus refusing to refund my money 100% I don't understand why they feel that is ok for me to lose my money rather than them since they sent the wrong size sandals. Stacey is asking me to close the Chargeback with my bank. Called my bank and was told not to close it until I get 100% refund and have them call the bank. I don't trust Stacey Quinn and her website at all. I wouldn't be surprised they have done this before.

Not answering any of my emails or calls I was looking for a return label to be able to return because I purchased the wrong size not answer nothing this website is terrible.

It took about a month to arrive...which whatever. I understand that buying a suit for under 200 is questionable but my lord, this one delivered is literally nothing like what I ordered. The color I ordered is brown and this is sort of brown(?)but with gold shimmer. I guess you could also say that they're both 3 piece outfits...but the "suit" is absolute trash. Seriously disappointed at how misrepresented the actual product is from their pictures. I thought it would at least be a thicker fabric but it is more like pajamas...cheap ones.. uncomfortable ones. The actual fit is hilarious. Overall Its quite laughable.. if you want to play a joke on yourself for $200 then this is good. The return policy is a joke. $412 to return it for a full refund back to China.
