Tori was working at the west side store last night. He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Got me in and out quickly while answering all of my questions. It was freezing (12 degrees) outside but he took the time and helped me secure the mattress into the bed of the truck. I’ve purchased mattresses here before and have always been given excellent service!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all.

This is our second purchase from Mark's Mattress Outlet because we were so satisfied with our 1st purchase! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and helps with what we want/need and always stays within our price range while making sure we get the best deal. I would recommend Mark's to my family, friends or anyone!

I tried to order some mattresses that were sold out. They sold me a better mattress for the cost of the other mattress. The mattresses are very comfortable.

The whole experience was smooth and easy. At the store we had great help and picked out the product quickly. Mattress was delivered the next day and they even came later in the day to work with our work schedules. I would definitely buy from Mark's Mattress again!
