Overall, I had a great experience. I love my new mattress, and the price was right. My only issue is that the salesman never told me about financing options. I happened to see the flyers at the counter, after I'd made my selection and the checkout process had begun. Even when I picked one up and was clearly looking through it, he didn't mention it as an option for me. So I asked about it, and I did end up financing, but if I'd known about it earlier I most likely would have chosen a different mattress (I was torn between two, and chose the less expensive option even though the other was more comfortable). After my financing was approved, he did make a passing comment about going with a higher end option, but honestly by that point my decision had been made, and I wasn't thinking about other options anymore. I really like the bed I bought. But I do wish I'd been told about financing options while he was talking me through my decision. It's difficult to make the best choice without all of the necessary information.

I had a great experience with Marks Mattress Outlet at the Vincennes, IN. On the day I purchased my mattress, I intended to have it delivered the following weekend. However, I called the following day (a Friday) and requested to have my mattress delivered on that weekend instead. They were extremely accommodating with my request and my mattress was delivered within a few hours. I would have provided 5 stars for my experience, however the individual who was filling in for the sales representative who sold me the mattress the day prior, presented himself in a rude and condescending manner during my request for an early delivery.
