Marks Mattress OutletReviews of marksmattress.com

Me and my husband was able to final bought a mattress that we want. The sales guy was very nice and was able to help us with our selection.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We have bought 2 mattresses from Mark's and have only had good experiences.

Ron and Nick were great! Very helpful. Second time we have purchased mattresses at the Nolenville Road store.

Bed is fantastic. Delivery had a hitch but the knowledgeable delivery crew more than made up for the delay.

Robin and Ryan, both of them, were wonderful to work with. And they know their business; we love our mattress! Ron and Jen Martin

Very helpful; very knowledgeable; we love the mattress and system

Great experience and sales staff.

I only purchased a hundred dollar pillow and it worked out great. But during the same visit my daughter purchased a mattress and box springs. Unfortunately they took the mattress from the floor sample and backed it up and send it home with us. We were not aware they were going to do that. When we got home the mattress was in very poor condition. We went back to the store to speak with the sales person and they were very helpful. They made the situation right and did so in a very friendly and amicable manner. We were very happy with the professionalism and problem-solving that occurred. We weren't even upset about the issue due to the sales person's response. Good job!
