Marks Mattress OutletReviews of marksmattress.com

Great service

I went in just to look around. I met both Robin and another worker. Both were helpful and not pushy. I bought 2 elevation bed frames and am completely satisfied!

Explained the difference between mattresses that helped us make a decision. Quite happy with the choice we made.

Overall a great experience at the Madisonville location.

Great customer service!!

I purchased their elevations bed frame, and I'm very satisfied it was a good value for the money. There are only two employees and I met both of them and they were very kind they knew their material, and I would highly recommend going there.

The gentleman was very helpful when helping us decide what beef would be best for us and also helped my fiancee load it since I couldn't pick it up.

We don't normally shop "outlet" stores. So, I was skeptical about the quality of what would be offered. I was very pleasantly surprised! We needed a mattress for our guest bedroom. We bought a higher end mattress set, and were able to take it home that day! The staff was friendly and helpful. The showroom was appealing and there were several mattresses to choose from.
