I had to call back to move forward with the order after the initial call the day before. But the salesman was apologetic for not returning my phone call earlier and was friendly and courteous throughout the sale.

Easy to work with and honest people. Good products too. But some of the sales guys need to learn a little more about their products. Could also stand to have more sales attendants. I never saw more than one on the floor ever during the numerous times Iv been by. Though more sales guys would probably drive up the prices, so thats a tough choice?

Went in for a twin mattress set. Good prices and adequate selection. Salesman was very helpful and honest. Showroom was a little dark and dated.

great and ready to go. This makes are 3rd bed from them for are three room house. The last two times I get there summer sale. This one I couldn't wait. Always great service.

Great product! Only thing keeping me from giving five stars is, we told the sales person that my husband and I do not get home from work until a bit after 4 PM daily (we each work 40 miles away). She was supposed to arrange that we get a call before delivery - to give us time to prepare - and to have delivery AFTER 4 PM. I received a call at 3:50 PM on the day of, stating that the delivery truck was sitting in front of my home and there was no one home - would a delivery the following week be better? Great service, but, needs to work on delivery scheduling.
