I went into Marks Mattress twice on March 23. First to see the options available and second to make a purchase. My first visit went well. The sales guy even told me he could do $800 for the set I was looking at purchasing. The price was $900. I informed him I’d be back after I spoke with my husband during lunch. I came back immediately after lunch and was ready to purchase for $800. The sales guy then informed me that he couldn’t sell it for $800. I ended up paying $900. It was a deal but I do believe if you quote a customer a price lower then what’s on the sticker, then you should honor that price. Just to clarify, I gave my review BEFORE I knew my husband spoke with anyone from your company. Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Customer feedback is the best way we know of to improve our service. Our sales person offered that he would try to get a lower price for the mattress set you purchased but was unable to get that reduction approved. Our VP of Sales spoke to your husband the day after your sale and let us know that he was OK with the $900 price and that since your family does a lot of business with our sister company, we could make up the difference during our fireworks season. We understood the issue to be resolved satisfactorily following that call, so it was a surprise to see your review. I hope you will give us a chance to serve you and your family in the future when you have an opportunity.
