We visited Mark's Mattress Outlet with the intent to "just look" like we have other places. We definitely needed a new mattress, but we honestly didn't know what we really wanted. Mark's is very close to us, so we had been meaning to stop in for a bit. So glad we finally did! Matthew was wonderful! He was so helpful! The entire experience was like working with a friend we'd known forever! I jokingly laid on a Kluft mattress that usually sales for an insane price that I would never ever in my dreams be able to afford. Well, that little "joke" turned pretty serious because I took that thing home with me! I tell my husband that I feel like a princess in my new bed! It is seriously amazing, and without Mark's I wouldn't be able to call this amazing mattress mine!! I will definitely be recommending Mark's (and Matthew!) to everyone.

Very friendly and helpful

TL;DR: Good employee, good price, new mattress feels like a dream! My husband and I needed to replace our old and worn mattress. After looking online, we found Mark's Mattress store and we dropped by. Mr. Travis Staten has been awesomely helpful in matching us with the perfect mattress for our needs. The store didn't have the California king in stock so they special ordered the new mattress, delivered to our home and took out the old mattress. Definitely worth the price and the wait!
