We don't agree with your opinion at all, because all our tracking numbers are valid and it is unfortunately not our mistake that you can't use the tracking number to see the status or your order. It is very easy and none of our customers had a problem with it. Also, can you please write us where exactly did you see that we are from UK? Our company is based in USA and our shipping stocks are in US, Canada, Spain, Czech Republic and China. We ship worldwide from all stock according to current product availability and the shortest shipping time. Thank you for understanding.

This information is visible for our customers at every product page and also in our shipping policy. Delivery of your package is therfore on time according to shipping method, which you selected at checkout.
