This experience was absolutely amazing. Very professional yet easy going. Did not feel as if I was being tricked into buying anything honestly just very freeing experience. I look forward to seeing results

I came into this skeptical but open minded enough to try. I have struggled with my weight for going on two decades now blaming a back injury I also realize and understand I have a sugar addiction. I'm tired of being "the big girl". This was never me. I hide now. I used to be adventurous and explore new things and I really miss THAT person. Since the program and it's only been 48 hours I don't have the sweet tooth as before and already see a difference in behavior and my attitude towards food. I feel for the first time all the things I know I'm supposed to do plus my new tools will finally get me the results I'm looking for. I've never been more excited about losing weight because now it feels like it will be effortless.

I did my hypnosis yesterday and I have high hopes that you will start seeing changes. I liked how we were educated the first hour about vitamins and minerals the body needs to be balanced and healthy. I was kinda bummed out to find out that he was recommending we buy packages of the AM and PM vitamins. I kinda felt like I was taken for a bit. I did end up purchasing the vitamin package. Yesterday I did an awesome job staying away from sugar and junk food. I’m going to listen to the session again today to reinforce things.

Felt relaxed and so thankful that he was able to offer online seminars!!

I was very happy to be able to find some help getting motivated to make changes in my life style. Mark is excellent at putting you at ease and explains each step of the process. Looking forward to a thinner me.

I had heard about Mark through friends who had attended his seminar to quit smoking with success. I had been smoking well over 30 years but had quit for 7 years only to start back heavier. I attended Mark’s zoom seminar last night, I am proud to say IT WORKS. Usually I have a couple cigarettes before I go to bed, I was so exhausted I fell into bed... Thanks so much Mark to a healthier me, a healthier Mother and Mimi....

I attended the online smoking seminar last night. I woke up this morning and haven't really even thought about having a cigarette. I feel like my body is reprogrammed to make me feel like it's not an option.

Loved the seminar
