I attended the seminar just over 2 days ago. I haven’t smoked. It is taking some effort on my part to continue to not smoke but, if stopping smoking was easy I would have done it years ago. Thank you Mark for the help.

It was a great experience and I went into it with an open mind. However, it didn't work.

I was a 40 year smoker. I attended the stop smoking seminar and I haven’t smoked for 3 years now. I just attended the weight loss seminar and am looking forward to losing over 100 pounds in the next 18 to 24 months. I would recommend the seminars to anyone.

I was skeptical whether weight loss hypnosis would work but I’ve felt amazingly positive about by ability to follow healthy eating habits and exercise daily since the seminar a week ago. Doing what I know I should do to consistently loose weight really has been effortless and I haven’t had any sabotaging cravings. I’ll be able to stay on track and consistently loose weight. Highly recommend trying this. The only thing I’d improve is the size of the AM/PM pills. I decided to get those and although they work, they are daunting to swallow.

I took the weight loss seminar a week ago. Since then, I choose to eat smaller, healthier meals and snacks. I’ve lost 4 pounds in a week. I like that he sent the recording of the hypnosis session so I can listen to it as often as I’d like, to reinforce the message.
