MarkethairextensionReviews of markethairextension.com

Please do not buy these hair extensions . They are deceptive . The colour chart on website do not match the products they send and the they say they refund/ exchange but charge shipping on both sides which is more than the actual extensions . If you want good quality extensions buy from eden hair. They have replied saying the colour #33 is red . It is not I have colour chart from website for proof . #30 is red. Please go and check their website . If you are genuine , then send me the correct color as per site colour chart with free return shipping . It is definitely deceptive colours and your fault so do not write further deceptive defences to review

If I could give it no stars I would absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my whole entire life. Ordered end of January, paid for express to come in two days. I didn’t get it until early March and that’s only because I told them I wanted a refund. Didn’t even send me what I ordered , won’t give me a refund without taking photos of the hair and telling the, in depth what’s wrong with it. Have a week to return it that’s if they tell you in a week what the return address even is. Don’t ever order from here , terrible , horrible. I’m disgusted

I ordered and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and I haven’t received it! Now I’m not even sure if the site is real!! Will be asking for a refund..Most companies give you an updated email when your order is shipped I have received no communication except for the first email saying that it was in stock with a tracking number that does not give me any updates it just takes me back to the website. Horrible horrible service no one answers the phone either

DONT ORDER ALL LIES IVE ORDERED 2ND OF JANUARY TOLD ME BE HERE VALENTINE'S SAID NO PROBLEM WITH COVID IM STILL WAITING THEYVEONT GIVE CONTACT NUMBERS WONT RELPY TGE CHAT THING IS A ROBOT I SAID I WANT A REFUND THE SAID IVE TO WAIT TILL I GET TRACKING IS RIGHT EITHER CANT TELL U WER EXACTLY IT IS LAST TIME SAID CHINA WOULD NEVER AGREED TO ORDER FROM CHINA ,VERY BAD SERVICE NOT HAPPY

These extensions feel nice when you purchase it but they knot so bad!! I have been wearing hair extensions for years and have never experienced it. Don’t recommend purchasing it’s a waste

I ordered hair extensions from here and paid an extra $20 for express shipping because I wanted it within 3 days. Its now been 2 weeks and it hasn't even been sent. No tracking number or anything. I have tried to contact the company many times and they dont answer their phone or reply to my emails

I posted a review no long ago - You want to keep my money - We will see about that - I’m AJ -

Absolutely terrible service .. after purchasing because said dispatch within 24 hours and DHL 2 to 3 days delivery, it took them 7 days to dispatch and then when they did they done by FedEx not the one I paid for the cheaper one.. everhtime I spoke to their online customer service everyday they said definitely dispatch within 24 hours .every single time.. when It finally arrived 10 days after purchase it was a different colour to the one I ordered.. I ordered darkest brown.. it came in. Dark blonde/light brown .. customer services did Absolutely nothing just saying will get back to you... they never do. Wouldn't purchase again. I have photos also of proof of this.
