I would not recommend buying from Market Hair Extensions. The pictures on their website don't show the true color of the hair. The extensions I was sent were 3 shades darker than the picture on the website. When I asked for a refund I received several emails trying to discourage me and implying that the package will be lost and I will not be able to get the refund anyway. I am still waiting for the resolution.

Absolute rubbish company! I paid for express delivery over £15 last last Friday 2-3 day delivery and still haven’t received my order! Emails are not answered and now started another attempt at a chat and was told I’ll be refunded £5! My client has been waiting it’s been stressful! I have never known such a disfunctional company!!! I will never use them again!!!!!

I needed hair extensions for my works Christmas party on Friday so I paid the £15.99 for 2-3 days delivery. It’s thursday evening and they still have not even shipped. I contacted them this morning and they said they were going to try speed things up however I’ve not heard back since, still no update. I’ve now had to spend more money and order from somewhere else aswell as pay expensive next day delivery now because I’m ordering last minute. You should not offer the quick delivery service if you cannot forefil it and you should have also contacted me to tell me they wouldn’t be with me in that time. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone that wants their hair on time. Update: You refused to give me my refund despite not shipping the product I paid for unless I changed my review to a 4 star! Luckily I paid through PayPal who refunded the full amount. This has been reported to trust pilot and I hope they take it seriously in order to true it represent this company with genuine reviews.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered two packs of Remy straight hair of the same length. The extensions arrived on time but when I opened them, I saw they had been cut at the tips in a messy attempt to create a straight-line hairstyle. I do not wear my hair in a straight line and do not wish to be forced to do so by Market hair extention. I have tried to contact customer service by phone, by email. Of course they lied on their website using afalse local Canadian number. When you call, there is never an answer because obviously they are in China, 12 HOURS BEHIND OR AHEAD THE REST OF THE WORLD!!! In fact I'm going to call my credit card company and get them involved.

I ordered hair from this website after seeing the reviews online , and safe to say I won’t be ordering again , I ordered the hair on Friday and I got an email to say it had been dispatched they have taken my money , but both of the tracking numbers they have provided me with they don’t work but after going on the online chat apparently they are certain my hair is on my way to me , don’t see how when I can’t even track it with the tracking numbers they have provided me with haven’t given me an estimated delivery time on my item either!

horrible quality hair. dry, brittle, mattes up so quicky, the true quality became apparent after 1 wash when what i assume was a silicone coating, came off. NEVER BUY HERE

Hi i decided to buy for first time from market hair extensions. I had worn extensions in my hair now for almost 2 years and wanted to try another place to buy my hair. When I received my extensionsI was really disappointed in the hair. First of all I purchased 100% human hair.. this is definitely not what I received not to forget to mention that it took 3 weeks to be delivered. I had a stylist tone them and then when I put them in my hair and tried to style it with my styling iron it just all got fried and dry.i could barely get the curling through the hair. It kept getting stuck because It was so dry. I could not even get my fingers through it. It was like hay! I had to take out of my hair from only one use. Cheap awful hair. I am very upset..do not waste your money hair. It's cheap cheap cheap..after one wear had to take out..it was like one big square dread lock all tangled and fried together. No way to put your fingers through it or brush it even using morracan oil or leave in conditioners did not work.. Try getting your money back after..what a joke..bad business..DO NOT BUY!I am glad they replied back to my review. That is only to fool whoever is reading these comments. I have tried multiple hair softeners to try and even get a comb through it.. forget it! Worst cheap possible hair I have ever bought. Never again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG COLOR AND THEN MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
