the hair is so thin at the ends you need to cut it up to the same length as your own hair. I have my own salon and hair extension company I was looking for a new supplier as soon as I opened the packet the hair smelled weird when I placed in "150"g of hair it was so straggly. I left it for 2 weeks to see what it would be like after I tried to better it with professional products. im now left with what looks like horse hair. please don't waste your money

I ordered 2 sets of 24" REMY Indian hair extensions. They are definitely not Remy. They are very sparse at the end and only 21" at the very very tips of the super sparse ends. I can't get a hold of their customer service line to get a return, either. This is some straight up sewer hair.

Hair is the worst quality. After you wash it 3 times it starts to matt and get frizzy. It is NOT remy hair. The service is the worst and they replace only on writing a review. it took 70 emails and constant pleading to send my hair. They made me remove my reviews in order for them to send my replacement hair. Total of 3 months. Initially i thought it was good quality until i washed it. so avoid at all costs

So far my experience has been less then ideal. Right off the bat I felt mislead as I was under the impression it was a Canadian website and company. I didn't find out till after I ordered that the orders came out of China. Soon as I found that out all my excitement was gone. Another flag to me is that no matter when you go on the website they always have a so called " sale " on that looks like a great deal but in reality the price we are paying is the real price and they just put the sale on to look like we're saving $300 give or take. Soon as I found out that it was coming from China I emailed to cancel as they don't have a phone number where you can get through to any real customer service. Didn't hear back for close to a week and they didn't even acknowledge my request just said they are trying to speed up the process. The extensions had not even been processed yet so they could have cancelled it. I needed these for a wedding early July and the extensions have not even shipped from China yet and I can't get any updates. I'd bet money it's going to take probably 3 months by the time these arrive if they do at all. Totally regret this purchase and I honestly didn't know that companies in China could operate under a .CA web address so now I'm going to have to be even more diligent. My advice: save your money , coming from China these won't be high quality and if you live in Canada or the US prepare for a VERY long wait even though the website says it should take about the same shipping time as domestic. On a sidenote I ordered Sunglasses in the middle of the Pandemic which also came from China and they were literally on my doorstep in less then 24 hrs.

EDIT: They just reported my review for giving a genuine review!beware! They cant reply to my emails bit can report my review?! One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Ordered my extensions on the 19th of April and paid for 2-10 day delivery. A month later and I have not recieved. Tried to do their chat service, always get a guy called "Tony" and he genuinely sounds like a robot. Doesnt come up with a valid answer for anything I asked. Have started a paypal claim against them as I have very little choice at this point. €70 down the drain,will never order again and will never recommend

Awful awful awful...DO NOT BYE THEY ARE HORRENDOUS...one days use and paid 150pound alltogether for some tape in extentions..claim to be 100percent remy hair and is not do not bye

Don't waste your money hair was shocking supposed to be a loose curl when it came it was afro hair looked nothing like the picture on the website. Customer service told me to send it back and they would exchange it but I would need to pay the repost costs, which I didn't mind. I did this, and have heard nothing after several emails to CS and speaking on live chat 3 times still nothing. If there was a 0 rate I would have chose that. They have my money, the returned product and I have nothing its an absolute joke. This is still not resolved although CS got in touch on here I haven't been refunded so still out of pocket by £86.00 not happy at all
