I had a problem with an order I had…
I had a problem with an order I had placed incorrectly and Pylyp was straight onto my problem and sorted it out to my absolute joy !! Great customer service which had really bothered me at the time . Fantastic quality and a fantastic company . Most refreshing 👍👍👍 I will definitely be revisiting their site very soon . Well done 👍👍

Amazing quality and even better customer service!
Amazing quality and even better customer service! The bras and underwear I ordered are gorgeous – beautiful design and excellent quality. Sadly the size wasn’t right for me, but the customer service team (huge shoutout to Mr. Pylyp!) was fantastic. They were fast, understanding, and genuinely helpful – not just following a script. My first experience here was wonderful because of them. Will definitely order again (with better sizing next time 😊) and recommend to friends!

This site has wonderful items that are of great quality. I recently purchased a couple of items that I had to return as they were too big unfortunately. The person I dealt with by the name of Pylyp, was very understanding and made the return very simplified and I will receive a store credit upon the return of the items. I highly recommend them!!

I have ordered the set for my wife for our anniversary and it really exceeded my expectations. First of all it’s not just for one time play, it really does spark up the atmosphere and our intime game went up 2 levels up. Looks great and feels great.
