Quality inside and out
Amazing products. Have never had issue with customer service or support. Brand is growing in a lovely direction. Hoping it stays as consistent as it has been so far, if so they have a long time customer. All the people I've gifted these to are impressed and appreciative, and that goes double for me. Easy to navigate website. So many options to choose from, in multiple size options. Fast, discrete shipping. The items come in lovely packaging. The materials are fantastic quality, with a luxurious feel. Very pleased!

outstanding design and quality
By far some of the best quality lingerie on the market. Its on the expensive side but you're paying for quality pieces that are beautifully designed and manufactured. Between my husband and I we have bought alot and I wish I could buy more!

Truly exceptional
Truly exceptional - From material quality, design, fit, customer service and shipping speed, I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases (this goes for their lingerie, leather and latex - I've tried it all!). The only "negative" I have to say is that one of the sets I've been eying for my next purchase is sold out in my size. Treat yourself and buy the lingerie, it's 10000% worth it!

A supply chain issue solved!
A supply chain issue solved! I ordered the Sakura brief for my girlfriend (her size was back-order, the bra purchased prior). Pylyp from customer support stepped in rapidly when a supply chain issue resulted in the brief not being delivered. He rushed a new one at no charge ! My girlfriend is extastic about the fit of the now complete set
