Hi Raquel, We're sorry to learn you are not happy with the product received. Please let me clear things up for you! According to our Return Policy, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This was the main reason we could not approve your return request. However, as per my check, we offered you a store credit refund so that you could purchase any other product you like. Please contact our Customer Care Team if this option is still sounds like a plan. We will be glad to help you further. With Love, MARIEMUR

Hi Tatyana, Thank you so much for such a detailed review. It’s always our intention to provide great customer service and useful, transparent advice. Also, we have high quality checks standards not only in terms of the products creation process, but also in terms of the returns inspection. We are sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations on this occasion, even though we followed our usual procedure. It's highly important to be very careful with the return inspections since we care about our customers and their right to receive bran new products: unused, with all tags attached. Unfortunately, your return request didn't go in line with our Return Policy this time. As gesture of goodwill, we offered you a gift card. I can see that you decided to give it another try a used it upon your new order with us. Thanks a lot for continue choosing MARIEMUR. We will make sure to prove that you did the right choice :) With Love, MARIEMUR

Hi Adam, Thank you for your feedback! We carefully handcraft all our products within 7 business days. All of our products are handmade. And after we craft them, we meticulously check every smallest detail to make sure you receive a top quality item. This is a time-consuming, but necessary process. It also takes up to 7 business days for the order to be delivered. We've just checked the details of your order and see that it's still in the 7-day production window at this moment. Also, our Customer Care Team has contacted you directly to clear things up for you. I hope this information is helpful! Feel free to reply back to our email in case you have any other questions. We are always happy to assist you further. Wishing you a magical, magnificent, and merry month of December!
