Dear Hal, I wanted to thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback with us. I’m disappointed to hear that you were treated in a way that was less than you deserve. We were in the process of making some major changes inside of our company. Since we're Ukrainian Brand, we had to rebuild our usual production and logistics processes, however, with these changes, the delivery window is much shorter now. Still, the reason you've been waiting for your order longer than expected is that our operational changes caused a delay for the small batch of orders, but the issue is fully rectified by now.
