I ordered a beige linen shirt that in person was basically yellow. Compared to the advertised photo it was not even close to the same color. Website says returns are "simple and straight forward". Its not. I had to email the request, they asked me to send pictures of the shirt and they replied that they will let me know if its accepted and what option they can offer me...? Most bizarre and least straight forward process ive experienced.

I order 2 track suits worst experience I ever had had, they after countless hours of writing and wasting my time they never sent me any training info for my order every day was another excuse save yourself the trouble don’t order anything I asked for a refund they still haven’t responded, next I have to dispute the order with my credit card card company , be smart don’t buy anything trust me I wish somebody would tell me this saved me the aggravation buyer’s beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDITED. Despite its "Italian" name, the shoes I purchased came from China, literally; they shipped from China per the awful tracking Co they use. A pair of shoes that should be a stock item easily delivered within a few days. Two weeks later I am still waiting for them to show up. The shoes got here. Cheap plastic/rubber and synthetic materials. Don't fit, but was going to send them back anyway. USPS will charge me $30 to send back to Canada. So in essence, I paid $25 to try on a pair of cheap shoes that don't fit and I would never buy if I saw them in a store. I know of no other apparel company that makes you pay to return an item that doesn't fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If zero stars were option, I would give them 0. Ordered a men’s linen outfit for my man, for a wedding we are going to too. The size chart on this website is beyond wrong. I ordered and XL… The outfit could fit a child and the material felt like a cheap tablecloth. Returns are not a thing with this scam of a site. Must send items back to Canada apparently and pay for it yourself. False Advertising, Sham of Sizing chart, Poor Customer service- 0 stars. Don’t order anything from this company. Unless you want to just throw your money out the window.
