Ordered a $70 shirt for my wedding. Got a product that looked like it came from Temu. They cut the tags out of it. Completely trash company. Company giving us a hard time to send it back. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

Ordered a mug that looked like a globe. The webpage said "100% Food-Safe Ceramic Interior", and "Insulated ceramic walls". The mug I received is plastic... with a metal insert that might hold 6 oz. It reeks like paint thinner. It looks very cheap (because it is), and absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. $48 dollars for a piece of trash.

We ordered items from the website, which looked to be really good high quality items, only to received them later than promised by the website and of extremely poor quality. Nothing looked like the actual items ordered, materials were all cheap and had no tags of any kind in them. the shoes ordered where shipped at lesat 2 sizes larger than ordered.. and everything was bunched up together and stuffed in a shipping bag with no care for protection during shipping. Trying to get Customer service to respond to a request for refund.... crickets..

Absolutely horrible this company is fraudulent!! Dress I ordered was nothing like the online photo shows !! Cheap material sleeves uneven with stitching !! Looks like a sheet they sewed together!! Shopping takes forever Total fraud Do not order from this company Nothing New York about it at all !!!!!

The shipping was really fantastic. Fast, easy to track, and the items arrived in good condition.

I've ordered 3 sets of tracksuits for my husband and what I received was very cheap fabric held together by a sloppy stitching. I emailed the company and was offered a store credit and what I have re-order was even worse. I have lost $250 on clothes that we can't even wear. This company should not be in business.

I would like to leave a very negative review about my experience with Marco Mazzarello. I purchased two linen blend shirts for my husband. I found them on the website. Even though I never heard of this seller, their website looks very professional.Unfortunately, I did not check their credentials. The delivery took a long time. The items were coming from China. When I finally received the shirts, they looked like they were made by an elementary school students. The quality of the product was so poor that I would not even donate this shirts to the Salvation Army. The fabric was not linen but a cheap polyester. The sizing was completely off. You could see black marks all over the white shirt. When I reached to Marco Mazzarello customer service, stating that the products were misrepresented, they told me that they only could reimburse 20% of the price. if I wanted to return the shirts, I would have to pay for the shipping. They also warned me that their warehouse is located in Canada, the shipping and the customs will be very expensive. Bottom line is: I think it is a scam. I would not recommend buying anything from the seller. I will report them to Better Business Bureau as well.

The dress I received looked materially different from the dress presented in the online listing. The listing image appeared highly artificial, while the actual garment’s shape, fabric, and overall quality did not resemble what I believed I was purchasing. When I requested a return, customer service offered a 20% refund if I kept the unwanted dress, store credit, or a replacement requiring another shipping payment. Although the company advertises a 60-day return policy and describes its return process as “simple and straightforward,” I was told I would have to pay to ship the item to a warehouse in Canada. I declined the partial refund because $20 does not reasonably resolve a $100 purchase that was materially unlike its advertised presentation. I requested a prepaid return label and full refund. I will update this review with the final outcome. Based on the product I received and the return process so far, I would not purchase from this company again.
