Marché ProvenceReviews of marcheprovence.com

I've bought soaps and table linens from Marche Provence for at least a couple of years now, both as gifts and just for myself. Their products are high quality and the service is excellent.

I ordered 4 placemats to match 2 I had bought in Provence. When they arrived, they were the wrong pattern. I called Marche Provence. Chuck apologized for the error and immediately sent 4 correct mats, and insisted I keep the original 4 at no cost! Besides this bonus, I consider Marche Provence a model for customer service---easily reachable by phone, with a person who cares (and apologizes!) at the other end. Bravo Chuck and Marche Provence. You've got a new customer.

The color and quality of the placemats are first rate! I will definitely shop here again. Thanks for your wonderful products.

I recently place an order for linens, napkins, placements, bread basket. They arrived on time, in perfect condition. The quality is superior, the colors are spectacular. I will definitely order again.

I was so pleased to be able to match the colour of the tablecloth which I purchased in France with napkins from your company. The parcel arrived very promptly and the lavender sachets were a fragrant addition.

I believe you highly value your customers because of the feedback when I first tried to contact you and also because of the high quality of your products. It was a pleasure ordering and receiving your Shea Butter soaps. But best of all is using your products!

Prompt delivery, beautiful fabric.

I love French style and the quality of your tablecloths is excellent. Also, I had very good customer service when I called about the delivery date. Chuck called personally and verified the delivery date. The tablecloth arrived on the exact date and it is beautiful. Perfect for the holidays, and since it's red and white, also for Valentine's Day.
