The tablecloth I ordered is gorgeous and just what I wanted. The only critique is that it was backordered, and, although I was told I received an email regarding the issue, I never received it (and it did not go to spam). When I called to inquire, the customer service was great and I enjoyed the free soap!

Lovely variety of tablecloths from Provence. I would have given 5 stars but I’m going on 6 weeks and still haven’t received the second tablecloth I ordered. I don’t know how much follow up customer service does with the manufacturer, but wish there was more communication with the customer.

Ordered on 12/11 for Christmas gift - "in stock and would receive before Christmas" - Got later email that it is shipping 12/22 - "delivery in 2 days" - Arrived on the 27th - Post office overload! Owner called and apologized, was very nice to speak to

Love the tablecloth and it arrived within a few days. Exactly like online.

Chuck and Marge at Marché Provence were very helpful in making our selection and having it shipped directly to us. We love the tablecloth and napkins we purchased - the designs were very pretty and the material and workmanship were of very good quality. One area for improvement: Their web site is apparently a bit out of date - some of our selections were no longer available and we were not able to tell what was in stock vs. requiring backorder.

Hi Mark Thank you for posting the Review and Star rating. As a result of your conversation with use while we were doing our events in Florida, you mentioned that it was hard for you to see sufficient information about products and availability. So, that motivated me to set out to launch a fresh new website that will have much better features and functionality for our customers. It will be launched in a couple weeks. I'll send you the new web address and the complimentary towel for doing this rating. If you wouldn't mind, can you reconsider the 4 Star Rating you gave us and possibly upgrade it to 5 Star? We are doing all we can to keep improving our customer satisfaction performance week-after-week. Thank You Marge

The prints are absolutely gorgeous and the fabrics substantial. Website could be a little easier to navigate and tracking orders function is outdated. Other than website deficiencies, I would absolutely buy from again!!!

Took quite a long time to ship, but the tablecloth we wanted was back ordered. We are happy with the product and it looks great. We are glad you have the smaller sizes, as we don't have a huge table.
