Hi Bonnie....I called your number and left a voice mail that the round tablecloth you ordered was described in its Name and Description as Coated Cotton...not Plain Cotton that you desired. So, we shipped the product as you ordered it. We also invited you to select a replacement "Plain Cotton" round tablecloth within an email to you today where we displayed 10 very beautify Plain Cotton tablecloths that are In Stock and we would ship any one to you today by US Priority Express mail to reach you in Louisiana by tomorrow or by Saturday, at our added expense. I have not had a reply from you as yet, so we are just waiting on you to Call, Email or Text us to send out another tablecloth or not. Please contact us soonest to hopefully get a gift cloth to you by Saturday in time for Christmas Eve.....Marge

Hi Cynthia....I emailed you this status message on your tablecloth order on October 3: Hi Cynthia....The 60 x 48 Roses and Lavender tablecloth is out of stock and on order from Nice France....I do have that cloth in 60 x 80 which I can offer you at the same $29 price if you wish and not have to wait until next week when we get your 60 x 48 tablecloth from Nice to ship to you....Would you like to wait for the 60 x 48 cloth or have the 60 x 80 cloth shipped now?....Thank You....Marge Its is common for Provence suppliers to be Out of Stock because when they do a fabrication run on any cloth, they estimate future demand and then just produce a limited number for sale, until the next production date. Sorry for the delay.

Hi Gayle.....We are sorry for the delay of a couple weeks in shipping out the tablecloth you ordered. The cloth was in Back Order to our fabricator in Nice France during August. The month of August is a holiday month for Southern France, and hence many business matters can get backed up there to cause shipping delays to us. It frustrates us every year. In America, we have a different business culture to have many things run at 24/7/365 but that is here, not in Southern France. I wish we could just Wish for faster service from Nice in August....but not going to happen. It is Old World there....at a relaxed pace of life. We email shipping status updates to customers weekly whenever there is a delay in getting products from France. I am sorry you were not fully pleased with us.....Marge

Hi Christine It is unfortunate that Provence fabricators can just shut down production on items without notice. Sometimes I think it is their romantic disposition to just be teasingly unpredictable at times. When/if they do these Monet towels again, I'll send you a set free of charge, because I did not realize that Van Gogh was not a favorite of yours. I love the Night Scene in Arles towel in that set.
