Requested they be sure what was being
Requested they be sure what was being shipped was 3/8" thick , as advertised, or contact me. I received 1/2" thick which won't work. I'm out $$ & time

Hi Mike, thank you for taking the time to respond to our online survey. Please note that all of our Brazilian slate 12"x12” are 3/8” (1 cm) thick as described in our product details and that’s what we shipped to you. After you left us feedback, I rechecked our tiles and they are 3/8” thick. We tried to contact you numerous times via email and phone call, but unfortunately, we were not successful. If you wish to return the tiles, please contact us and we will accept your return and be happy to refund your money.
