I will give it 8/10. Good plan am impressed but you should at least include the roof and side plan in your premium account.

2) ok I'd like to do PayPal payment. I'd also like to be a reference for you here in USA. If I email you what I'm thinking of building when can you start working on my home plan? Again I'll leave positive feed back & be a reference. I did see your missed call today. I'll call you back tomorrow. Hi, I am from the USA. I paid to become a member of this site. I began exchanging emails to get a custom home built. I tried to set up a skype, zoom, whatsapp, or viber call after multiple emails exchanged. Everytime i tried calling i would never get an answer. I really wanted to feel secure that the site was not a scam. I finally gave up and they got to keep my membership money and I truly feel that's what they wanted. I'd be willing to change my feedback and do business with maramani if they would confirm that the work of a home plan will be completed in a prompt manner. The site is nice but i just couldn't contact anyone to do business. So the communication and security is was my primary concern. I wish they had references of Americans that used them. I couldn't find a real person that used them to get a home built from ground up. I hope they reach out to me. My email address is lamboguy3 at yahoo dot com if they are not going to work with me I'd like a full refund because that money was to be deducted off the price of the home build.

Hello Omar. Refer to our email conversations. I checked our system and it appears that all the queries have been answered except for the last message you had sent outside working hours (Note that you are based in the USA and we are in a different time zone) Regarding if we are a scam company: You can use Paypal to make Payments as it has Buyer protection and if we do not send the drawings to you you can request for a refund. You can also check reviews from other users here on Trustpilot regarding our company and the people that we have provided with plans previously. I will give you a call right now from our number +1 307 461 9111 - Robert

The plan I received was inconclusive in terms of columns on the drawings. The Architectural plan only had pdf drawings. Dwg drawing was missing.
Response from Maramani House PlansAug 4, 2020
Hello Collins. You did not write your concerns to us after purchasing the drawings. I checked the email and it appears that DWG files were not attached I will also send these immediately Please send us an email if you have any more concerns - [email protected]

The designs were perfect. But i had pressed two orders. Unfortunately i received one order only. I reminded the office. After two days i received designs but they were not the order i pressed. I had to contact the office again. Fortunately the response was positive. I finally received the right order.
