I received the plan in good time
I received the plan in good time. However, even if BQ are not included, it would be better to give stage breakdown cost in phases.

Hello Lutta. We can create Bill of Quantites at an added fee because we have to engage a Quantity surveyor. Get in touch if you are interested in BQs.

Poor customer relationship and communication.
Prior purchasing my preferred plan I had sent specifications to be done on the plan but no response until I purchased the plan and informed me I should have requested for a custom plan which wasn't realued though its states on their website. Their reply to queries n messages are very slow but always sending spam mails as soon as interest is shown in a product to purchase.

Good day, Ansah. Refer to our communication through Email and WhatsApp, There are extra charges for modifications to ready-made designs on the website as we have to engage our team for working on revisions. Note that the kind of change that you had requested is not possible as we have to completely redesign the house. We are very open to discussing this if you email us or send a message through WhatsApp. - Robert

Great support from the team
Great support from the team. I would wish that the house plans have more photos for review instead of just 4 or 5 images which in my opinion is inadequate in guiding a client in their decision making. You may consider having extra views available to paid members only for a start. Thanks.
Response from Maramani House PlansSep 18, 2020
Hello Stephen. We are doing our best to have a lot more images for the new designs added on the website. In case you would like additional images for any design on the website then we can create more images at an extra cost.
