Initially bought plan ID 12301, this initial purchase was a success. I needed to amend the roofing structure to fit my taste and I have been trying to get hold of Maramani since 21 November 2025. The worst part is o receive a response promising that o will receive the amended plan 'next Monday'. I am tired of following up on all their social media as this Monday is not arriving. Really Maramani, you can do better. Very disappointed customer, Sfp de Wit

Man, supposedly this website used to be good. After two voicemails & an email, I can't get anyone to call me back to save my life.

Even when the so-called premium service of 59 usd is paid, the account is deactivated after a few hours. So every time you want to check a construction plan, you have to register again. Service support ignores questions about it and does not want to refund money.

The structural engineer did a very bad Job. How can a fondation of a story building has two columns. I have given the disgn to an architec and structural engineer to review everything. This will cost another money. I am very dispointed.
Response from Maramani House PlansMay 7, 2023
Hi Joseph, As explained by email the structural drawings for the plan you have purchased only has two columns as all the walls are loadbearing walls. The structural integrity of the design is calculated by structural engineers to ensure they conform and are well within required limits. Although it may seem like something new this is a normal practise in many parts of the world. Thus, some of our drawings use this system to comply with the needs of our clients who prefer this. However, if you would prefer the structural drawings to be made differently we will be happy to assist you with that :) Please refer to the email sent to you on 4th May regarding this matter. Looking forward to hearing from you soonest.

Per the website, you paid $59 to - View floor plans and areas. - Priority email and phone support. - Construction cost estimates. - Building tips and advice. - Get access for 1 year. - $59.00 Discount Code for purchasing any plan. HOWEVER, you do not get access to the length / width of the walls or any dimensions of the house. The floorplans are not for US residents as the estimated cost are construction cost in Africa - very disappointing. My mistake - should have reached out prior to purchasing. By the way, if you are in the US don's expect a quick reply - it will be at least 12 hours before you receive a response.

Hi Christine, We are sorry to hear about the misunderstandings. You can see the width and length of all the house plans without being a premium member. You find this information right under the images of the house plans. Areas refer to square meters, not dimensions. As you can read on our website in the "About Us" section we mainly cater for the African market which is why the construction cost estimates are based on that. This is also written on the website if you follow the link right under the construction cost estimates. Our office hours are also visible on our website if you click on "Contact Us". Unfortunately, we are not able to offer 24 hour customer support. Since we cater for the African market our office hours reflect that. We have worked with many clients from the US and Canada and we are happy to customize plans to comply with any territory you may be in. Please contact us directly for this service. We would be happy to assist you in any way possible. As this is simply a misunderstanding, hopefully you will reconsider your 1 star review.

I requested my money back because what I purchased was not what I thought it to be! It doesn’t give you access to some of the plan and it asks you to pay over and over
