I’ve purchased several times from MAPerformance. The ordering process has always been easy and painless. Turnaround speed from order placement to shipment has always been extremely fast. The last purchase I made was delayed due to a winter storm. It was in the shipping company’s hands. So, I do not fault MAPerformance for the delay. They got it out fast. The packaging was well done and the articles were well protected from incidental damage during shipping. Product didn't work. Requested return, they refused because I tested the can bus decoder with my led bulbs. The product was supposed to eliminate the low beam malfunction error on my car, it didn't and I provided photo proof. They refuse return since I installed them! How else would I test them to see if they eliminate the error!? No damage to the product or packaging. They stare refusal due to racing and off-road use. My car is a 2017 Volvo V60 wagon! No racing or off-road. Terrible customer service.
