Well 2 months and 5 days later, I finally received my refund. I actually had to file a better business dispute to finally get it back. Yes I returned the merchandise within two days of receiving it, unopened and returned in original packaging. Got weekly apology emails stating they are waiting on there vender (not my problem. Don’t do business with crappy venders MAPerformance).

I bought something that never showed up. I was given false promises and they never deliver. Why put something on your website that your gonna sell but then never ship to customer. Why take there money? Wait over a year and my product never shipped. If I could leave zero stars i would

I would stay away from this company. Slow return on emails and phone calls. I don't know how busy they are as a company but they do need to work on their customer service, shipping information, and their delivery time. Save a couple bucks from other websites but then is a bug hassle if you need anything after an order is purchased.

Had a very negative experience with Will on the phone. After asking questions about a product, he said I was asking too many questions and hung up the call on me. The workers here are very rude and have a nasty behavior. Do not buy from here, awful company to do business with.

Wouldn’t buy parts from here again. They used a random shipping company package was “signed” and no idea where it was delivered. Communicated for about month with customer service and was unable to get help for this. They offered me a discount if i wanted to purchase the product again but would not pay a second time only to risk the shipping company to lose it and get no help again and get a discount for a 3rd purchase of item.

I would give a five star rating, but the thing is is I never received my package from FedEx and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address from the picture that they show. I also have contacted you guys and showed you guys proof that I did everything necessary and you guys still denied the claim because I missed at checkout for Insurince

Product didn't work. Requested return, they refused because I tested the can bus decoder with my led bulbs. The product was supposed to eliminate the low beam malfunction error on my car, it didn't and I provided photo proof. They refuse return since I installed them! How else would I test them to see if they eliminate the error!? No damage to the product or packaging. They stare refusal due to racing and off-road use. My car is a 2017 Volvo V60 wagon! No racing or off-road. Terrible customer service.

This was a prompted review based on continued poor communication and the company responses. After spending hours trying to resolve this, the company’s public response was to ask for my contact information to “connect,” despite already having my full details and a complete email history. At this point, I have no interest in investing more time to receive additional boilerplate responses or retroactive outreach. The issue was clearly documented: refusal to escalate, lack of discretion, and misrepresentation of costs I personally paid. Attempting to restart the conversation publicly does not address those failures and only reinforces my original complaint.
