Everytime I’ve ordered from MAP, my package arrives 6-10 days. Third party vendors tend to take a little longer which is understandable. I always receive a phone call back within a timely manner and all my questions are answer with professionalism. Excellent customer care team!

I placed an order over a month ago and had to chase them just to find out why it wasn’t delivered. Then they said the items were out of stock, asked me to swap products, and still sent the wrong part numbers. After part of my order had already been delivered, they suddenly claimed they “don’t ship to freight forwarders” — something not mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions — even though the first part of my order went to the same address without any problem. Then they had the audacity to ask for my billing address after shipment. The communication was disorganized, the policies were applied inconsistently, and the whole experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Hi - it sounds like there was some clear miscommunication on how or where we could ship your order, as well as some opportunities for us to handle your order more efficiently as well. We'd like to get more information on this, so we're going to reach out here to get your info to contact you directly. Thank you!

Ordered an air intake close to midnight on Black Friday, order shipped on Monday and was at my front door by Wednesday afternoon. This was my first purchase from MAPerformance, but it won't be my last!
