ManyChatReviews of manychat.com

Follow to dm functionality doesnt work, no support and no answers, yet they have no problem charging their customers still.

I am extremely disappointed with ManyChat’s billing practices. I disabled all my subscriptions more than a month ago, yet they are still charging my card. My account (fb4062005) is clearly showing as inactive or cancelled, but the money keeps being taken from my account.

SCHIFO TOTALE ULTRA TOTALE ASSISTEZA ZERO PIATTAFORMA VERGOGONSA NON MI FA ENTRARE E' IL COLMO!!! UON SCHIFO ASSOLUTAMENTE EVIDENTE!!!! NON ENTRATE SU SCHIFO CHAT VI FARò SOLO PUBBLICITA' NEGATIVA ED ESSENDO INFLUENCER ADESSO CI DIVERTIAMO! SIETE UNA SCHIFEZZA UNICA!!!

Very bad company, first my reach went from hundreds of thousands to millions to a few thousand per reel on Instagram, then the same happened on Facebook after adding it to manychat. Today, my automations stopped working at all, received over 100 comments who are lost customers, and I can't even reach them. They have a useless AI assistant instead of real support.

Awful product. Awful way of interviewing candidates! They waste candidates time by asking stupid questions in 4 Interview stages!!!

Keeps charging after cancellation, not a good tool anyways

Waste of time and expensive. They tricked me to think that they have tiktok connection and they took my email just to spam me but they know in advance The tick tock does not have what they offer so it's kind of a scam

It is not possible to export the contacts. I have been trying for 4 hours without success.
