ManyChatReviews of manychat.com

If you have a tiny social media following, this will work for you, but if you have a following of any size, the platform's code cannot operate properly, as they have not figured out how to work with Meta's API correctly.

I have cancelled my 2 times now, and on the 14th of every months now for the past 2 months I get an email saying "Manychat Invoice - Thanks for your PRO subscription" charing me 15$USD. I never leave negative reviews but MY GOD these people don't understand a no for an answer, and seeing so many similar experiences makes me angry. I have now yet again cancelled the subscription, and I swear to god if they charge again on October 14th, I'm making a youtube video about it. EDIT [sept 15 2025] - I issued a complaint through Support explaining the charging of account and the wish to stop and delete the account. they replied within a couple hours and issued a refund, apologized and terminated the account. Maybe it was a glitch or i dunno... if you're having the same issue try solving through support and sendd multiple requests and mark the message as CRITICAL so they give you prompt response

I have a problem with manychat right now. The free features - making them send a link if someone comments on a specific post - doesn't work. It says its a paid feature even though its not. Please fix this, thank you.

Be careful with ManyChat. I thought I was paying #25/mo. But I was also charged for the number of contacts. Was this made clear at the outset? I sure didn't see it. I was using the free version. Wish I had stayed there. I'm sure this is a good system, but not worth what I was charged. Not worth it at all. Once I saw the charge I tried to get a refund, but no deal. Just be aware.

Too many outages & automations just stop working randomly. They also have no way of backing up contacts information other than their ID # & they need an analytics tracking dashboard

I got banned permantly from instagram for spam. Even though their app is approved by meta, that doesn’t mean you can use it freely. Thousands of people commented the same word on my post and they all got the same DM response and Manychat got me banned.

difficult to get help via your customer service (only bots). I had to you tube many tutorials to understand how to work with it.

An incredible product with non-existent customer service. When it works, it is a dream. When things break you will be lucky if you get a reply from anyone
