very slow customer service, when you have a problem they make you wait days and days to solve it and meanwhile the business is down. Answer ticket 400076 you are so slow

L'outil à l'air super mais rien ne fonctionne ou encore qu'à moitié. Pourtant, j'ai bien suivi tous les tutos mais certaines automatisation (qui sont ultra ultra basiques) ne fonctionne pas. J'ai contacter leur service, aucune réponse pour le moment. Même pas possible de les contacter par chat (lol). Au vu des avis précédents, je ne suis pas étonné. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. If you value your facebook page to receive messages, stick to using messenger. This software will eventually stop messenger working. They company do not care in the slightest and tell you to get help from Meta but it was their software that broke it in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

We were wrongfully charged for an unprecedented increase in messenger subscribers that were gained AWAY from messenger. The platform started to tally our shopify emails from consumers we onboarded away from messenger. Our fee increase by a multiple of 4 and the support team refuse to acknowledge the fault in their system. Very poor service. No humans to speak to, no account management, zero communication about their service and your experience with the usability.

Horrible!! Cant work because of too many bugs. Getting 100 emails every hour. Turned all notifications off. Nothing works!!! Nightmare. I curse the day I registered

Support is slow and I didn't get the support I needed. Just sent me to read long articles but never got a specific answer to my issue. Hope you'll get better in the future. For me, the experience of working with Manychat was one big frustration.

Lags alot, alot of things bug and require to start all over after hours of work
