The app is hard to use and they denied an account deletion which a GDPR breach

I've been a customer of ManyChat for over 5 years, however in March this year I discovered that a new ManyChat pro subscription had started on one of my Facebook pages without my knowledge or notification emails. This is an error on ManyChat's part however I only discovered this now, over 6 months later and ManyChat are refusing to refund the amount. I used to be a big fan of this company however you should be aware of this problem and if connected to the service, with a card on file, check your account regularly.

Lot's of technical issues, and the support is non-existent and worthless.

Very bad company. I am PRO user and I dont have chat support, always have problem with site, always some erors on server, delete my flows etc

Company incorrectly charged me a large sum of money and now they are not responding to my tickets raised. There is no email or phone number or other way to contact them besides raising a ticket! (Which is ignored)

Pro features go off when payment fails

I think it's okay that your service disables pro features when a subscription expires or there's a payment issue, but this is the first time I've used a software service that keeps pro features disabled even after restoring the payment! My store Seek Shine (fb365177) was disabled last July 2022 because of a problem with my card but I immediately resolved it. How was I supposed to know that I had to turn all of my keywords and flows back on??? That's such a poor user experience! As for my other store CLN (fb141662582646965), I checked back now and it expired for some reason on December 22. It's still on the PRO plan with all keywords and flows turned off as well. That means I've been paying $200+ for Seek Shine for the last 10 months and $500+ per month for CLN for the last 5 months with absolutely NONE of the PRO features enabled. That's just absolutely absurd. PLEASE give me a refund for these months because I was essentially paying the PRO plan (totaling $4500) for NOTHING! Your software practice is borderline fraudulent. If you automatically turn off pro features when the subscription terminates then you should also automatically turn them back on when the subscription resumes!

SUCKS. Total time waster. Stay away from Manychat. Extremely confusing and not user friendly at all. Customer support is non-existent. They should charge $49 and put those resources into helping its users.
