If you have all day to sit at your computer, connect with customers/fan, answer questions, and connect, congrats on being a wizard. For the rest of us, ManyChat is like magic. It’s like automation with a conscience, or a personality—sentient. I feel comfortable saying that *anyone* using IG for business or engagement would greatly benefit.

ManyChat is the best tool that I use every day! It helps my beauty business so much. It automates everything for me and I’m making money while sleeping. Manychat is talking to my customers instead of me. I don't know how to live without it now!!! There are so many different automation inside, that I can drive people to different offers! It is a genius platform!!

Manychat is one of the most powerful automation tools I've worked with. It has an easy-to-use UI and you can integrate it with practically everything. I've been using it since 2017 and it's been amazing to see the growth of this tool.

After 2 years of Manychat... I can happily say that it's one of the most powerful yet least understood tools regarding Instagram. There are dozens of myths floating around, such as Meta does not permit it (it's an official Meta partner), as well as general negative sentiment towards something which can be so potent for helping one's business. I have used it to grow a huge newsletter of 25K people in the last few months and continue to grow my business without any issues whatsoever. It's not without its faults, as some technical issues pop up, but they are permanently fixed promptly and are to be expected in the social media landscape, which changes so often.

I’m relatively new to using ManyChat, about 4 months, and I’m still not using the full power of the platform, but I wanted to write this review to specifically call attention to their customer support. Currently there is an issue with Meta that is impacting my automations (not ManyChat’s fault) but their support team has been extremely responsive, like next level. They PROACTIVELY out every few days to give me updates, even if there is no update to give, they still stay in touch with me. While my issue is frustrating it is VERY helpful to know that the MC team is on my side and out there to support me.

I've used Manychat since 2017 for my agency. We've built automations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and used the native email integration. We've created quizzes, lead generation forms, lead magnet delivery automations, and so much more, for a range of clients. The customer service team is knowledgeable and can help solve issues. (We've found some issues are because of Meta, so outside of Manychat's control.) We've been invited as beta testers for the product and worked closely with the team, giving honest feedback based on how we use the product for clients, which the team has taken on board. Sure, now with AI, there are plenty of other options on the market, but none is a main stayer (and main player) in this automation space. We trust Manychat to deliver what our clients need, and know we'll be supported in our choice. Thanks Manychat!

Manychat is a phenomenal tool that should be in every creator's utility belt- especially if you're on Instagram. It's super easy to setup and the customization potential is limitless!

To me, Manychat stands out in the automation space — they gave me great customer service and really helped me raise up my engagement on instagram. I'm not exactly what you'd call 'tech savvy' but they were able to help me figure it out in minutes. The team was super responsive and their dedication to helping me was obvious. As a creator I was looking to connect more with my audience and their tools are super intuitive and very powerful. A total breeze. Their customer support... Jenna I think her name was — went above and beyond to walk me through everything. Can't recomment them enough.
